1 What information do we collect and how do we use it?
1.1 What information we Collect
In order to provide you with services, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary to provide you with these services. 2 Cookies and other technologies
BM and our third party service providers and business partners use technologies such as cookies, tags and scripts (for more information, please see “How We share, Transfer and Publicly disclose Your Personal Information” below). These technologies are used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user activity on the Site, and gather demographic information about our entire user base. We may receive reports based on the individual and aggregate use of these technologies by these companies. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us what parts of our site the world visits, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of web searches. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet service providers (ISPs), citation/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and/or clickstream data. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.
Mobile analytics: In some of our mobile apps, we use mobile analytics software to better understand how our mobile software functions on your phone. The software may record information such as how often you use the app, events that occur within the app, summary usage, performance data, and where crashes occur within the app. We do not link the information we store in our analytics software to any personal information you submit in your mobile application.
Local Storage – HTML5/Flash: We use local storage objects (Lsos), such as HTML5 or Flash, to store content and preferences. Third parties who work with us to provide certain features on our website also use HTML5 or Flash cookies to collect and store information. Various browsers may provide their own administrative tools to remove HTML5 Lsos.
3 How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
We do not sell any personal information to third parties. We may sometimes share your personal information with third parties (as described below) in order to provide or improve our services, including at your request. If you no longer want us to share this information, please contact us by email.
3.1.1 Sharing that you have actively selected or requested
With your express consent or at your request, we will share your personal information with specific third parties designated by you to the extent that you consent/request.
3.1.2 Sharing information with our agencies
In order to conduct business operations smoothly and to provide you with all functions of our services, we may from time to time share your personal information with other BM affiliates or affiliates.
3.1.3 Sharing with our group’s ecological chain companies
BM cooperates with BM Eco-Chain Company. BM Eco-Chain Companies are independent entities invested and cultivated by BM and are experts in their respective fields. BM may disclose your personal information to BM Ecochain in order to provide you with and improve BM EcoChain’s existing products and services (including hardware and software). Some of these products or services will still use the BM brand, while others may use their own brand. BM EcoChain companies may from time to time share information related to products or services under the BM brand with BM to provide hardware and software services that lead to better functionality and user experience. 4 How do we store and protect your personal information
4.1 Security guarantee of BM
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we have implemented all physical, electronic and administrative procedures required by law to protect the information we collect on your mobile device and on the BM Website. We ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with applicable law.
For example, when you access your BM account, you can choose to use our two-step verification procedure for increased security. When you send or receive data from a BM device to our servers, we ensure that it is encrypted with Transport Layer security (” TLS “) and other algorithms.
All your personal information is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities. We classify your information according to its importance and sensitivity and ensure that your personal information has the required level of security. You may set a unique password for BM and not disclose your login password or account information to anyone (unless that person has been officially authorized by you) in order to avoid leakage of the password to other websites, which may compromise the security of your account with BM. Please, if possible, do not disclose the verification code you have received to anyone, including people claiming to be BM customer service. Whenever you log on to the BM Website as a BM account user, especially on someone else’s computer or a public Internet terminal, you should log out at the end of the session. BM will not be responsible for security failures that result from third parties accessing your Personal information due to your failure to keep your Personal information confidential. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet user or any other security breach.

6 How is your personal information transmitted globally
Personal information collected and generated during our operations in Russia is processed and stored in data centers located in Russia, except for cross-border transfers permitted by Russian law.
Personal information collected and generated by our operations in India is stored in data centers located in India.
If we need to transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliates or third party service providers, we will comply with applicable laws. We implement uniform protection measures to ensure that all such transfers comply with the requirements of applicable local data protection laws. 7 Protect minors
We believe it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children’s use of our services. However, we do not provide services directly to children or use children’s personal data for marketing purposes. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your minor child has provided personal information to BM, please contact us by email to ensure that their personal information is deleted immediately and that any applicable BM Service subscriptions are cancelled.

10.1 Single Login
Depending on your jurisdiction, and depending on your permissions, you may log in to our website using various logins provided through OAuth’s services.
